1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 82ph ("82ph," "we," "us," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 82ph Casino website at 82ph.club, including all games, features, services, promotions, and content made available therein ("the Platform").

2.3 Account Registration

To use the 82ph Platform, you must create a single registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep that information updated. Each individual may hold only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

82ph reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time, including at the time of registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any point where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 82ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 82ph in writing of unauthorized access without undue delay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

82ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded less any applicable processing fees. Deposits are credited to your 82ph wallet upon confirmation of successful payment processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — within 5 minutes under normal conditions; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. 82ph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. 4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 82ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 82ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

82ph is committed to compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and are required by law to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By using the Platform, you consent to such monitoring and reporting as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 82ph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 82ph, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

82ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The 82ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination and Suspension

82ph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML concerns, regulatory requirement, or platform abuse. In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If account closure is initiated by 82ph for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

You may close your 82ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closing, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will lapse and bonus balances will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 82ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 82ph through good faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and where applicable under PAGCOR regulations, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.
